  1. Usage: BIND <key> STOP_IRC
  2.   Sends a Stop signal to IRC II, returning you to the shell.
  3.   Normally, you can then return to IRC II by typing fg.  Please
  4.   read about your shell to find out about this.  The default 
  5.   binding for stop_irc is meta2-^Z or for most people ^X^Z
  6.
